
From the garden to the table…
Our cuisine is based on what we grow in our fields. This guarantees quality and freshness and allows us to create unique dishes based on the seasons.
We like to define ourselves as “farmer-chefs” : Elia picks the vegetables from the garden and brings them to the kitchen where Noemi transforms them into authentic dishes.
This is how the preparations for dinner at the farmhouse begin; with a menu built based on what the countryside offers at that moment, strengthening the link between the garden and the kitchen.
Gnocchi, fresh pasta, and tradition
The first courses are the real stars here at La Rindola. In particular, our 100% made at La Rindola potato gnocchi, prepared with fresh potatoes, white flour, and free-range eggs. All ingredients are from our organic farm.
One of our specialties is gnocchi tasting with different savoury sauces. From the classics, such as Bolognese sauce, to the more specialised ones, such as pumpkin and truffle, leeks and smoked trout, and radicchio and bacon.
There is also no shortage of fresh homemade bigoli (a typical Venetian egg pasta) nor macaroni egg pasta, along with seasonal risottos and hearty soups.
Among the second courses we offer, our specialty is Polenta e Musso; soft and tasty braised donkey meat served with polenta made from our own Maranello corn.
In the winter we also offer Polenta e Corgnoi. Another great classic of the Venetian tradition which consists of escargot cooked with white wine and local herbs all served on a bed of polenta.
Looking for vegetarian options?
Our menu always includes vegetarian dishes, such as vegetable-filled crepes with savoury sauces, legume burgers enriched with carrots, and zucchini with peas.

Desserts: a tribute to home cooking
We prepare our desserts with genuine ingredients to offer authentic and traditional farm flavours. Aromatic biscuits, tarts with homemade jams, sweets made from walnuts and chocolate, apple strudel, and, of course, the famous tiramisu … all prepared in accordance to the seasonality of the local ingredients.
Artisanal ice cream

During the summer, nothing is more pleasant than a good gelato to be enjoyed in the shade of our garden. Our artisanal Agri-Gelato, made with high quality raw ingredients, is a real delight for the palate.
Aside from the classics, you will find unique and genuine flavours such as elderberry, maresina herb (wild countryside herb) with chocolate chips, lavender, mint, and lemon balm with fresh lemon. An experience of freshness and authenticity that expresses the aromas of the Italian countryside.
